Public Meetings

Meetings

The Central Florida Herpetological Society meets on the 4th Sunday of Every Other Month at the Orlando Public Library, Downtown Orlando Branch located at 101 East Central Boulevard Orlando, FL 32801

Meetings take place on the 3rd floor in the Anderson Room. Meetings are FREE and open to the public. Parking is free anywhere on the street in Downtown Orlando on sunday and parking costs $4.00 an hour in the parking garage across the street from the library.

Meetings start at EXACTLY 2:00pm with an hour lecture from a speaker each month. The lecture is followed by a question and answer session and then club business. All meetings will be done by 4:00 p.m. We suggest you arrive in Downtown around 1:00 or 1:30 to give yourself time to find parking because we will start at exactly 2:00pm with a lecture.

If you plan on bringing an animal, they must be in a container. You may not bring a loose animal into the library - they will not let you in and such an action would reflect poorly on the club. Please have proper pet carriers, bins, cages, etc. Also please have a copy of your class 3 FWC permit on hand.
